How it works

The website uses a vertical menu. This is made up of interactive buttons and not links. It is also split into sections with sub menu items. To focus on the vertical menu, users may click Alt + W. Once users click on the heading, it expands and the sub menu items can be browsed and activated by pressing the Enter key.

The e-Government Services Directory

The e-Government Services Directory provides a comprehensive list of the e-services which are available for citizens and businesses.

For ease of use, the e-Services are split into various service categories. These include Art, Culture and History; Civil Status and Rights; Education and Learning; Employment and Business; Environment and Resources; Home and Community; Health and Well Being; Law and Enforcement; Motoring and Transport; Social Benefits and Grants; Taxes and Customs; Travelling and Tourism. Each category contains a number of e-services that may be accessed.

Some e-services do not require access by means of the e-ID. In this case, the directory indicates the website address of the provider so that users may log into the service provider’s website directly. If an e-ID is requested, users may obtain the information required to apply for an e-ID through this portal. Once the e-ID is obtained, they may register for an e-service of their choice.
